Job description
- Treat new patients coming with referral, evaluate and make proper treatment plans
- Reviewing patients' medical histories.
Create Evaluation Notes, Plan of Care and Progress Notes in our system
- Diagnosing patients by observing their movements and listening to their concerns.
- Developing individualized treatment plans for patients.
- Outlining clear goals for patients and the expected outcomes of the plan.
- Document patient progress according to approved medical documentation and facility documentation procedures.
- Evaluate mobility, strength and current level of patient function, while setting goals to improve in these areas that are scaled to patient abilities and realistically attainable.

Salary: $40.00 - $50.00 per hour
