This is a family owned retail pharmacy inside the Lindenhurst Family Practice. We opened in December of 2019
Looking for an employee who connects well with the doctors and patients on a regular basis. We pride ourselves on customer service.
The pharmacy technician will be responsible for filling medications, setting up deliveries, handling invoices, putting away orders, making phone calls to patients to remind them their medications are ready, calling insurance companies when we have issues billing claims, ensuring payments are being collected from patients who have outstanding charges, etc.
This position is not for someone who waits to be directed on their duties but is more proactive and does their work without being told.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $14.00 - $15.00 per hour

Education:
- High school or equivalent (Preferred)
Experience:
- Pharmacy technician experience: 1 year (Preferred)
