Job description
Company Overview
We are a family-owned company offering residential pest control services across the NorthShore. While we are smaller than the average company, we are growing quickly with potential for advancement opportunity. We take tremendous pride in offering a service that is safe and effective for our customers, and we have a culture that reflects that. If you don’t take pride in your work, this is NOT the job for you. If you do, then it is our goal to keep you happy and satisfied with this position.
For all of our employees, we believe in a healthy work-life balance. While at work, we work hard. While at home, we relax! No scheduling, billing, or collections. Just top-notch customer service during your regularly scheduled shift. Period.

We want someone who wants to be respected, and whose daily actions reflect that. We’re trying to find the diamond-in-the-ruff who doesn’t want management to be constantly breathing down his/her neck, and thus exercises an extreme level of integrity and quality of work at all times so that it’s never even an option. First and foremost, you will be expected to supply over-the-top customer satisfaction. A major responsibility associated with this role will be to help our company develop a fledgling termite division. In addition, you will be expected to maintain cleanliness of vehicle and equipment.
Pay/hours
We believe in the traditional 40 hour work week. Hours may fluctuate a little from week to week, but we don't believe in working people from sunup to sundown. Will have 2 guaranteed 3-day weekends each month, with the expectation of working at least 2 shortened Saturdays (especially in the busier months).
As we grow in this area, we plan to help you grow with us. As you stay with us and prove your worth, your pay will be increased and benefits applied WITHIN the first 3 months of working with us.

Why choose us?
In all honesty, we may be the most down-to-earth pest control company you ever work for. We have a simple philosophy: If you take pride in your work, are an honest & hard worker, and are a team player, then we value you as a team member and will go to great lengths to keep you happy.
This doesn’t mean we don’t work hard! We provide a phenomenal service (we believe the best in town), and we want to keep it that way. We are results oriented, meaning, if you can do a terrific job and keep your customers happy, we will respect you.
We believe respect and trust are a two-way street. We don’t micro-manage, and you automatically have our respect until you lose it. Others who have worked for us have said that they felt more respected here than at any previous pest control employer, and some have turned down job offers from other companies to remain with us.
We want you to have a life outside of work, and we want you to enjoy your personal time. We don’t believe in working people from sunup to sundown. If you wish to work longer hours, prepare to be listened to because that’s how we are, but know that it’s not the default around here.
