All offices available to work from: Tampa, Sarasota, Bradenton, Orlando, St. Petersburg, and Fort Myers, Florida offices.
· Qualification : Personal Injury Litigation: 3 years (Preferred)
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- 3 – 5 + years of Plaintiff's personal injury litigation experience REQUIRED
- Excellent secretarial and clerical skills
- Highly organized, self-motivated, self-starter with ability to work independently
- Microsoft office knowledge a must. (Trial works experience a plus)
- Experience handling litigation files, including:
- Preparing letters and documents
- Preparing pleadings, discovery.
- Trial preparation
- Calendar maintenance
- Scheduling of depositions, mediations, trials etc.
- Maintaining client files from receipt to closing
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Tampa, FL: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
