Permits and Inspections Assistant
Job description
Our position is responsible for assisting in the organization of current and upcoming HVAC, Plumbing and Electrical projects and helping to ensure necessary work permits and inspections are scheduled and have been completed. Accurate and reliable data entry and record keeping of all project related material will ensure our managers and technicians can move forward quickly and efficiently.
It’s helpful to have industry related experience in HVAC, plumbing or electrical residential services, and your overall administrative skills should be top notch. Proficiency in MSOffice programs (especially Excel) is a must, as well as proven experience working with Dropbox and the ability to learn new programs. You have an enthusiastic and approachable way about you, respectful self-confidence, and a willingness to support and boost those around you. These are some of the inherent qualities that will make you successful.
Some of the responsibilities:
- Assistance of the permit and inspection process from start to finish
- Follow-up with city and related agencies
- Assisting with the scheduling of all project related appointments
- Direct and courteous contact with customers regarding inspections and information related to projects
- Ability and willingness to communicate with all levels within the Company
- Ability to reliably work a M-F 8am-5pm schedule

Salary: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
