Job Summary for the LNA-Licensed Nursing Assistant:
Ensure that resident’s needs of daily living are met by providing personal assistance such as, but no limited to, assisting residents with bathing, dressing, serving meals, washing and drying laundry, visiting with residents, and attending to other resident needs as they arise.
Job Summary for the Medical Nursing Assistant - MNA:
The medication technician provides residents courteous and accurate administration of medication in accordance with the physician’s orders. This position is responsible for also providing direct care and services to residents according to the individualized service plan as needed.
