The person in this position will be responsible for ensuring accurate provider data is loaded into multiple Cigna systems in a timely manner. Information will be obtained through a variety of methods such as Cigna matrix partner requests, provider outreach, and examining vendor feedback and data collection from providers.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Responsible for the loading of Provider data into multiple systems – i.e. claims (QNXT), directory (Sharepoint), and network adequacy tables (Sharepoint).
Act as a SME (subject matter expert) for standard loading procedures for provider demographic and non-demographic data.
Utilize various reports to compare and combine information into templates used to load provider data into Cigna systems.
Uploads documents into Tract Manager.
Respond in a timely manner to urgent research questions or issues brought by the team, including being able to identify the right parties or resources.
Conduct provider outreach via outbound calls for demographic validation.
Validate data to ensure accuracy of directories and network adequacy tables.
Review provider data from multiple sources and identify missing required elements according to data submission standards.

QUALIFICATIONS:
High school degree or equivalent experience.
Proficient in Excel – transferring data, data formatting. Knowledge of how to use Excel to compare data or summarize data is highly desired.
Excellent communication skills – written and verbal.
Demonstrated ability to use available resources to independently work through new or complex questions.
Demonstrated ability to work independently and produce consistent, reliable work.
Detail oriented with organization skills, including the ability to engage in multiple tasks and track due dates.
Be a positive role model and have the ability to work independently and in conjunction with co-workers of all levels.
Strong knowledge of healthcare insurance industry, terminology, provider networks, contracting and credentialing.
Ability to work with SharePoint, Microsoft Word, & Outlook.

If you will be working at home occasionally or permanently, the internet connection must be obtained through a cable broadband or fiber optic internet service provider with speeds of at least 10Mbps download/5Mbps upload.

For this position, we anticipate offering an hourly rate of 20 - 30 USD / hourly, depending on relevant factors, including experience and geographic location.

This role is also anticipated to be eligible to participate in an annual bonus plan.
