Busy State of the Art multi specialty dental office in the Lynnfield is seeking a full-time Dental patient/treatment Coordinator to join our successful team of caring professionals!

We are looking for someone with GREAT communication skills, loves to work with patients, can multi task and whose ENTHUSIASTIC attitude makes a difference. Prior dental experience is a MUST! Competent with dental insurance including checking insurance eligibility, coverage, processing insurance claims and explaining benefits to patients. Must be confident and well-versed with discussing treatment plans and all financial arrangements between the patient and the office.

Position includes, but is not limited to patient scheduling, extensive telephone contact and communication with patients, review of financial liabilities, verification of insurance benefits, and collection of co-payments.
