Patient Care Coordinator - $22.50/hr *CONTRACT*

**This is a 13-week contract**

Schedule: 40 hours a week 8:30 – 5:00.

The PCC will be coordinating with the providers and surgery scheduling at SPH to schedule outpatient bronchoscopies. They will also be coordinating getting imaging before and after and testing after the procedure if needed. this PCC is for the Lung Nodule Navigator program.

EPIC is a very nice to have

They will consent and provide patients with all scheduling information. In addition, they will schedule office visits for an assigned provider in the office and help with phones and referrals as back up.

Experience:

• 1+ years experience in healthcare
• Customer service

Pay/Benefits:

• Salary Based license and experience
• Medical, Dental, 401K after 90 days
• W-2 position
• Paid every Friday, Direct Deposit
