Casa Nela is seeking AM Pastry Production, This role will aid our team producing both sweet and savory treats, baked goods, and breads for brunch, lunch, and dinner services. The right person for this role must be highly reliable - as you will be among the first to arrive, as early as 4am!

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
- A working knowledge of breads, quick breads, laminated doughs, and basic knife skills
- Familiarization with scaling recipes, portioning, shaping, proofing and other techniques while ensuring consistency
- Maintain high level of cleanliness adhering to NYC Department of Health standards and company policy
- A proactive team player looking
- Being comfortable using kitchen tools and equipment such as: stand mixers, convection/deck ovens, electric scales, etc..
