Reynolds-Warren Equipment Co. is a growing Family Owned Heay Equipment Dealer in GA in business since 1977. We are professional, agile, supportive and our goal is to To provide our Employees with a Safe and challenging Work Environment where they can grow their career and succeed in helping Reynolds Warren Equipment Company support our customers to Pave and Pour their way to success . We sell, service, and rent asphalt, dirt, and concrete equipment. We provide a full line of parts and cutomer support. We represent over 20 brands including LeeBoy, Crafco, Cementech, DynaPac, Energreen, and Sakai.

We are looking for an experienced Parts and Rental Coordinator at our Richmond Hill Location. This is a great opportunity for someone who is looking to join a dynamic team and make an impact.

Responsibilities:

• Answering phones and directing calls
• Filling parts orders
• Billing / invoicing parts, service, and rental tickets
• Office organization
• Receiving and shelving inventory
• Coordinating machine rentals
• Loading / unloading trucks
• Inventory control
• Inside sales / assisting sales representatives

Candidate Qualifications:

* Excellent communication skills

* Basic computer competency

* Knowledge of heavy equipment a plus

* Must have a reliable form of transportation to and from work

*Able to lift at least 50 LBS

* Great attitude and willingness to learn

* Complete tasks without direct supervision

* Must be able to pass a drug test and a background check

* Willing to work occasional overtime if needed

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $55,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Day shift
• Monday to Friday
