Role: Partnerships Manager
Reports To: Chief Partnerships Officer
FLSA: PT, Hourly, Non-Exempt, 10 - 15 hours per week
Role Status: Remote with some presence on-site
Duties:
- Manage the creation of a short-term and long-term community partnership strategy with institutional sustainability goals, and keep track of various types of stakeholders and relationship status.
- Serve as point person to manage certain meetings and events for key stakeholders, including for our Board of Directors, Design for Freedom Working group, and Leadership Advisors.
- Serve as project manager, working closely with Human Resources and others internally and externally, for upcoming community service opportunities onsite at Grace Farms, such as Gifting for Good and potential other days of service in future years including but not limited to: Volunteer Appreciation Week, Earth Day of Service (April), 9/11 Day of Service (September), MLK Day of Service (February), or days of service on other key days for the organization, such as Human Trafficking Awareness Day, International Women's Day, or Veterans Day of Service. Provides skills-based volunteering efforts with external partners including nonprofits and corporations.
- Manage the Partnerships team's review and contributions to organization's various types of annual reporting, including the Grace Farms Foundation's annual report, its annual Form 990PF, audited financial statements, state corporation filings, and state charitable solicitations filings.
- Keep track of and regularly update the team's annual calendar.
- Performs other professional duties as assigned.
Skills/Abilities:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for correspondence with high-level external individual and institution partners.
- Outstanding interpersonal skills for internal and external stakeholder communications, with high emotional intelligence.
- Strong track record of delivering projects on a deadline while coordinating with both internal and external stakeholders.
- Must possess the ability to build strong working relationships and partnerships to achieve goals in a collaborative environment.
- Proven ability to prioritize projects and pivot at a moment's notice to leverage new opportunities.
- Must possess patience, empathy and a generous, positive, and can-do outlook.
- Demonstrates proven competency in active listening, judgment, decision-making and time management.
- Must be highly organized with acute attention to detail.
- Technical competency and demonstrated proficiency in Word, Power Point, Excel and document tracking systems. Comfort learning our project management tool, Hive, and partnership database tool, Salesforce.
- Must possess a socially conscious and grace-oriented mindset with significant career dedication to charitable organizations or efforts.
Education & Experience:
- Minimum of 15+years' experience in project management and business operations for sophisticated organizations, including through the social responsibility efforts of a Foundation or corporate entity.
- Bachelor's Degree preferred. High school diploma or equivalent required.
Physical Requirements:
- When onsite at Grace Farms, the employee is frequently required to travel around the site for meetings and events.
- The role may be performed remotely with the exception of designated training, special events, and key meeting dates.
Compensation range based on experience $45 - $55 per hour
