Major Responsibilities/Activities:
- Greet guests in a friendly, professional and welcoming manner
- Deals assigned games while adhering to casino policies and procedures and to the Internal Control System (ICS)
- Ability to work weekends, holidays and overtime as needed by operations
- Assists guests with monetary and chip transactions at the table
- Verifies and completes fills and credits as deemed necessary by supervision
- Verifies games’ chip count at Open and Close of Table Games
- Notifies direct supervisor of any irregularities on his/her assigned table to maintain security of their game and casino assets
- Educates players on the proper rules and procedures of his/her assigned game
- Maintains a clean and neat playing area for the guest
- Remains current on federal currency reporting requirements (Title 31) as it relates to Table Game player activity
- Computes payable odds to pay winning wagers and collects losing wagers
- All other duties as assigned by management pertaining to the performance of casino operation
Minimum Requirements:
- Preference to qualified Santa Ana Tribal members
- Good working knowledge of a variety of table games that are offered (i.e. Craps, Blackjack, Roulette, Baccarat, etc).
- Good math skills
- Six months experience in a customer service environment preferred.
- Professional appearance
- Bi-lingual and multi-cultural experience preferred
- Must be able to obtain and maintain a SASC Gaming License
- A smartphone capable of running company applications and communication systems is required. If a smartphone is not provided by the company, a candidate or employee may be provided a smartphone of the company’s choice, through a payroll deduction program.
- All employees are required to proficiently use a smartphone for company applications, email, and text.
