Cruise America is the nation's LARGEST RV Rental & Sales organization and we are HIRING IMMEDIATELY for a 24/7 call Roadside Assistance Customer Service Representative.

• Monday- Friday 6pm-10pm

CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVES JOB DETAILS:

In this position, you will be urgently helping customers who need assistance while renting one of our RVs. Assistance can range from simple troubleshooting to serious situations such as accidents, vehicle breakdowns, etc. and requires adaptability and quick thinking.

• Answer inbound customer support calls
• Assist rental customers
• Schedule vehicle services
• Dispatch towing
• Troubleshooting
• Reconciling Invoices
