We are a fast growing, family owned, Non-Medical Home Health Care Agency with a census of over 100 clients! We are currently hiring for a Part Time Registered Nurse with flexible hours. Our offices are located in Freehold and Monroe, NJ. This position includes daily driving/travel to our clients homes in the Middlesex, Mercer, Monmouth and Ocean Counties and we offer travel reimbursement.

We provide certified live-in and hourly caregivers to client's in their homes/ facilities in Mercer, Monmouth, Middlesex, and Ocean Counties. We offer generous compensation to all our staff and a wonderful work environment. NO WEEKENDS, NIGHTS OR HOLIDAYS!

Main Job Duties:

Admissions

Creating and Updating Care Plan on a Monthly basis

Orientation of CHHA's

Supervision/Training of CHHA's

Medication Administration

Documentation as per Company/CHAP/State Regulations

Updating Family and Office Staff of changes

Chart Review/Audits

Sales/Marketing

In-Service Training

Attend Team Meetings

Required Skills

RN Degree with current active license in NJ

Minimum of 2 years experience as RN preferred

Home Care/Hospice Experience preferred

Travel is Required with in Territory's described above

Must be highly organized

Self Starter is a must

Must be able to switch gears quickly
