Corwin Toyota in Fargo, ND is looking for a qualified candidate to fill a part time receptionist/scanner position.
Hours:
Tuesday & Thursday OR Monday & Wednesday 4pm-8pm
Every other Friday 4pm-6pm
Every other Saturday 8am-6pm
Responsibilities:
- Answering a multi-line phone system
- Meeting and greeting customers
- Misc. administrative support duties
- Must be able to provide a high level of customer service over the phone and in person
Specific Skills Required as an Automotive Receptionist:
- Superior customer service attitude
- Positive energy to greet customers
- Ability to work within a team, maintain focus and attention to detail.
- Computer abilities required in Excel and Word.
- Willing to undergo and pass a drug/background screening.
