Apartment community in Columbus Grove, OH seeks a part time property manager.
We are looking for someone who will take pride in running their property.
You must be organized and outgoing, need little supervision, be able to follow directions and work with the public. This job entails a lot of paperwork, so office experience is required. We would like you to have some experience with Rural Development, but are willing to train the right person. You must be computer literate and have a Driver's License and vehicle.
