Summary

Balances all revenue and settlement accounts nightly; Makes corrections and adjustments as needed; Answers main switchboard and handles all guest requests during the overnight shift. Generates audit and management reports and distributes to appropriate management staff daily; checks guests in and out as needed. Friday - Saturday position.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

• Audits all hotel revenues nightly- rooms and food and beverage
• Posts and transmits all revenue accounts
• Balances revenues and makes adjustments as necessary
• Resolves any guests requests, issues, and complaints
• Answers main switchboard and transfers calls or takes messages as appropriate
• Checks guests in and out as needed
• Prints management and audit reports and distributes to appropriate management staff email
• Reset computer system for the next day's operations
• Works with security staff to resolve any guest or employee issues during the overnight shift
• Maintains guest confidentiality

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
