Responsibilities:

• Motivate to drive their business day to day and achieve daily, weekly, monthly sales goal.
• Proactively drives business through focusing on the customer at the core of all decisions.
• Support company initiatives.
• Utilize "More Ways To Shop" to drive business results and supports use of new technology.
• Strengthen customer connectivity with alternative paths to purchase by supporting alternative purchasing processes - Gladly, Virtual shopping, Virtual appointment, Phone Order, Ship To Home.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $14.46 - $18.00 per hour
