Job Description :
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, conduct inspection and test per control plan, work instruction and procedures. This includes cleaning, changeover, equipment setup, and other functions as needed, this includes :
- Setup packaging equipment as required
- Perform equipment changeovers removing format parts, cleaning and staging in assigned locations.
- Operate packaging line machinery
- Observe machine operations to ensure quality and conformity of filled or packaged products to standard
- Adjust machine components and machine tension and pressure according to size or processing angle of product
- Remove finished packaged items from machine and separate rejected items
- Regulate machine flow, speed, or temperature
- Start machines by engaging controls
- Stop or reset machines when malfunctions occur, clear machine jams, and report malfunctions to a supervisor, process owner, technician or designated lead person
Requirements :
- High School diploma or education equivalent
- Available to work any shift as needed
- 3 year minimum job related work experience
