Benchmark Psych Services is a multidisciplinary clinician group dedicated to improving the mental health and wellness of our clients throughout the lifespan.

To meet our growing needs, we are seeking a fully licensed outpatient therapist (LCPC, LCSW, LMFT) who can provide high quality, compassionate psychotherapy services in our outpatient settings. This is a W2 position.

Our clinicians receive group and individual consultation and supervision, educational opportunities including reimbursement for EMDR training (or a similar modality), and full administrative support, including billing and collections.

Duties:

• Provide direct individual, couples, and family therapy in our office settings
• Complete initial evaluations, including client history, mental status exam, diagnosis, and treatment plan
• Complete timely documentation of all client encounters in the electronic medical records system within the same business day
• Attend monthly staff meetings
• Refer clients for additional consultative services when necessary
• Maintain the company's productivity requirement consistently

Position will start part-time and build to full-time as your caseload grows. Full-time positions offer the following benefits:

Requirements:

• Doctorate or Master’s in appropriate discipline from an approved program
• Appropriate, unrestricted Illinois state license (in good standing)
• Prior experience/interest in working with children
• At least 2 years of post-licensure clinical experience.
• Ability to effectively communicate with patients, families & other staff.
