About the Job
The Outpatient Therapist is responsible for providing leadership, counseling, and advocacy in a therapeutic setting designed to serve clients of all ages with chronic mental illness to help them achieve social, economic, emotional, and personal independence.
The schedule for this position will be flexible to fit the needs of the program’s clients. Work-from-home options are available to accommodate telehealth appointments. This position is relief, with the opportunity to grow to full time as case load grows. Pay is per diem.
Qualifications
- LCPS/LCSW Licensed to provide therapy in Maine
- Familiarity with Section 65 MaineCare regulations
- Experience working with individuals with chronic mental illness, such as schizophrenia and bipolar disorder
