We are a pediatric dental practice that recently added orthodontics to the practice and are looking to add a RDA who is experienced in orthodontics clinical care (experience in orthodontics front desk is preferred).

We are searching for someone who is compassionate, engaging and friendly with both the children/parents and our staff. Good communication/verbal and customer service skills are a must.

*IMPORTANT: COVID VACCINATION MANDATED *

Time commitment: PT if working in the back for orthodontics only; FT if working for orthodontics and pediatric dentistry

COMPENSATION: Hourly (salary based on experience, qualifications and value you add to practice, negotiable)

RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:

Perform all clinical duties of an orthodontic RDA
Perform prophy and fluoride (RDA) if working in pediatric dentistry
Chair-side assisting for dental treatment
Setting up and breaking down chairs
Sterilization
Maintenance
Ordering
Infection control protocol

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS:

REQUIREMENTS:
Current coronal polishing certificate (for RDA)
Current x-ray certificate
Current BLS/CPR certificate

PREFERRED REQUIREMENTS:

Current (or Pending) California RDA Certificate
1 year experience in a pediatric dental office
Knowledge of Dentrix Practice Management software
Sealant certified

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
