Position Details

The pay range for this position is listed below. Our pay ranges are built to allow for candidates with various levels of skill and experience to be considered, as well as for room for growth and tenure achieved in a role over time. Typical new hire salary offers fall within the minimum to midpoint of a pay range for many candidates. Any offer extended to a candidate will be based upon their unique set of knowledge, skills, education, and experience as well as internal equity.

Minimum: $27.62

Midpoint: $33.83

Maximum: $40.04

What You'll Be Doing

Responsible for the planning, communication and execution of internal organization meeting(s), as assigned.


  • Responsible for designing, planning, implementing, and coordinating all aspects of monthly All Team and other organizational meetings to ensure flawless execution.
  • Consult with internal stakeholders on vision, budgetary requirements and overall objectives of meeting, as well as ongoing team communications as it relates to topics of interest (articles, video blogs, etc.).
  • Assist with all content and communication for meeting deliverables and ensures achievement of all objectives are met.
  • Provide recommendations on agenda items, topics, featured speakers and appropriate use of technology to enhance adult learning experience.
  • Evaluate and select meeting presenters and guest attendees according to agenda.
  • Prepare and develop presentations for executives and presenters, including clear, concise and engaging scripts that are reflective of service culture and tailored for appropriate audience.
  • Act as point of contact for meetings throughout the lifecycle. Assist with coordination of event logistics, including registration and attendee tracking, presentation and materials support and pre- and post-event evaluations.
  • Implement adult learning methods to meet the ongoing needs of the organization. Incorporate blended learning methodology as appropriate.
  • Create, maintain and evaluate monthly reports for comprehensive post-meeting analysis.
  • Read trade publications, attend seminars, and consult with other meeting professionals in order to keep abreast of meeting management standards and trends.

  • Performs other duties as assigned
  • Complies with regulatory compliance and assigned training requirements including but not limited to BSA regulations corresponding to their specific job duties. Failure to do so may result in disciplinary and other employment related actions

Qualifications
  • Required High School Diploma or GED
  • Preferred Bachelor's Degree or equivalent years of experience
  • 3-5 years of current relative meeting management experience Required

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

  • Must possess and be able to demonstrate a basic understanding of instructional design, adult learning theory and delivery methods
  • Extraordinary attention to detail and deliver meetings according to the timeline and teammember's expectations with a focus on how to surprise and delight attendees.
  • End-to-end meeting management technology experience
  • Exceptional communications skills: verbal, written, presentation and consultative skills
  • Time management and planning skills
  • Extremely organized; Multi-tasker who works well under pressure
  • Computer proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Proven success at driving and delivering service excellence
