Walker Industrial, a division of Graybar (a Fortune 500 company,) is an automation solutions provider serving New England since 1977. We are currently looking to hire an order entry specialist to join our inside sales team. This is a great opportunity for the right candidate to get in on the ground floor of a rapidly-growing and successful operation for a stable company with long-standing local ties.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Enter orders accurately and efficiently
• Check item availability with vendors
• Utilize company CRM package to track calls and set followup tasks
• Communicate effectively with team members, customers, and vendors
• Collaborate on any other tasks as needed

Requirements:

• Ability to multitask under pressure
• 2+ years of office experience or Bachelor's degree
• Fast and accurate typing
• Detail oriented with strong organizational and time management skills
• Excellent verbal, written, and PC computer skills a must
