Summary/objective:

The contract administrator/order entry provides support to the sales team by inputting orders and preparing request for proposals and bids.

Essential Functions:

• Input customer purchase orders in the system.
• Enter sales orders into system.
• Maintain order entry priorities to meet customer deadlines.
• Print orders and proofread orders for accuracy.
• Reviewing terms and conditions on purchasing documents.
• Work with the sales department to get accurate information.
• Process rental and Demo orders into system.
• Backup to reception.

Travel:

Travel is primarily local during the business day.

Education/Experience:

High School Diploma

Additional Eligibility Qualifications:

• Prior experience working in sales
• At least 2 years of experience working in an office environment.
• Experience working in a manufacturing or distribution setting preferred.
• Experience with Microsoft Office products
• Ability to interact with sales personnel.
• Must possess a high attention to detail.
• Must have time management skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $22.00 - $25.00 per hour
