Essential Duties/Principal Responsibilities:
- Work across functional lines to ensure all production orders are complete.
- Enter and maintain product order data into Manufacturing Resource Planning tools to generate and maintain expected production lead times for all active production orders.
- Update Production and Application Engineering on any changes to projected production timelines.
- Expedite/De-Expedite orders through Purchasing and Manufacturing
- Create Shop Orders for stock-out production items.
- Monitor and report on manufacturing labor times versus initial estimates.
- Assist in all other departmental responsibilities as requested
Minimum Qualifications: Education, Experience, Skills, Abilities, License/Certification:
- High School Diploma + 2 years of experience in a professional office setting.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Problem solving skills and strong written and verbal communication skills required.
- Must be knowledgeable in MS Office applications, Excel, and Word.
- Ability to prioritize tasks associated with multiple simultaneous projects.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelors in a technical field preferred.
- Pump experience preferred.
- Inventory management system (Infor’s Cloud Suite - Distribution) experience highly preferred.
- Should have the ability to interface well with others and to take direction from others, as required.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $65,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
