We are looking for a professional Night Operations Supervisor with a CDL A license, to assist the with the operations of our Colorado Springs and Pueblo, CO locations. The operations supervisor role is mainly to implement the right processes and practices across the organization. The specific duties of an operations supervisor, represent our company with the USPS personnel, Post Masters, subcontractors, company drivers, vendors, and any other person or entity that is involved with Hi Pro. You should be ready to mentor your team members, find ways to increase quality of customer service and implement best practices across all levels. Ultimately, we’ll trust you to help us remain compliant, efficient and profitable during the course of business. You must be based in the Colorado Springs, CO area to oversee the local office at night, Sunday-Thursday 11:00pm-7:30am.

Responsibilities include Assisting Operations Manager with the following:

• Create, maintain, and supervise drivers work schedules
• On call as needed to relieve Management Team.
• Be on standby and fill in as a driver for all drivers, routes, and trips if necessary due to driver or equipment shortage
• Ensure Employee hours are submitted daily
• Available for anyone to contact you via phone, text, and email any time you are on duty.
• Oversee the maintenance of all company assets and equipment
• Train new employees

Skills

• Proven work experience as supervisor/manager or similar role
• Knowledge of organizational effectiveness and operations management
• Familiarity with driving Box trucks and Trailer Tractor trucks; CDL A License required
• Excellent communication skills
• Leadership ability
• Outstanding organizational skills
• Microsoft Office Products; Must be proficient at Microsoft Excel
• Great computer skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $23.00 per hour
