The Operations Manager oversees all in-house processes at Ocenco’s corporate headquarters and manufacturing center located in Pleasant Prairie, WI. The position receives direct reports from the Production, Quality Control, Shipping and Receiving, Purchasing, and Material Planning departments, which combine for a total of 55 employees. In addition, the Operations Manager coordinates with outsourced IT services and oversees the Quality Assurance program. This position reports to the Executive Vice President and works closely with Ocenco’s Engineering, Sales, and Human Resources departments.

The Ocenco group has 17 operations in 14 countries. All group operations are related to the design, manufacturing, and sale of PPE products to military, first responder, and industrial clients. The operations in Pleasant Prairie are primarily focused on manufacturing the company’s core product lines (respiratory protection products designed for medical, maritime, mining, and military end-users). Communication and coordination with operations personnel in each of the group’s overseas subsidiaries will occur regularly.

In addition to the listed base compensation, this position can earn up to a 20% bonus annually for reaching specific production targets.

Minimum Requirements:

• A bachelor’s degree in operations management or another relevant business-related field.

• Relevant experience in an operations capacity (specifically in one or more companies that produce manufactured goods) and at least 5 years as a manager. Experience should demonstrate the successful achievement of production targets.

• Availability to work from our Pleasant Prairie office Monday through Friday.

• Computer proficiency, particularly relating to ERP systems and Microsoft Office Suite (particularly Excel).

• Problem solving skills and a willingness to work as a member of a team.

• An understanding of management and mentoring as business practices.
