Operations Manager

We are looking for an outgoing individual who thrives in a high-volume leadership focused environment and takes pride in the accuracy of their work.

We are a local customer-centric moving company operating across the west coast. We are seeking to hire a Manager for our Seattle WA location.

General Responsibilities and Tasks

• Oversee and manage all aspects of the moving process.
• Training Leading and Problem Solving
• 24/7 approach to management
• Keeps up with state/federal employment laws.
• Manage Customer Service
• Hiring
• Compliance, compliance, Compliance
• Pro-Active in running a company
• Making efficiencies happen by using less to accomplish more.
• Managing outside vendors
• Estimates
• Assist with administration of the annual performance management process
• Ensure all HR operations are in compliance with state and federal laws
• Document and regularly update standard operating procedures related to day-to-day Operations

Basic Requirements

• 4 year degree or better
• Tech Savvy
• Business Savvy
• Knows and understands current HR laws/guidelines.
• 2 Years experience in Operations Management
• Pro-active and detailed approach
• Drivers license - Clean
• Friendly and attentive attitude.
• Excellent organization skills and high attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills – both written and verbal.

Plus++

• Moving Industry Experience
• Intermediate to Expert proficiency in Microsoft Suite, especially Excel and Word.

We are currently in Oregon, Washington. Arizona and California. We employed 200+ individuals 2022. You will be expected to manage over 100 people at this location. This leadership job requires 50+ hours per week, and availability for location emergencies.

Leadership and Organizational experience are top requirements.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
