Our department directors lead our organization from the top, providing support to the operation while owning the vision and results of their individual departments.

As the Operations Director, you will given the opportunity to develop the necessary skills and gain the competency needed to lead the daily operations of a high performing quick-service restaurant. From successfully forecasting and scheduling for future weeks, to leading a team of Shift Leaders who lead the daily operation, this role requires a high-level of attention to details and a true sense of accountability for results.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $52,728.00 per year
