Job description
General Summary: In conjunction with the Operations Manager and other team managers, provides operational coverage for the fitness center as required. In doing so, adheres to the schedule set forth by the Operations Manager, monitors the activities of all team members, assists in resolving difficult and/or sensitive problems or complaints and ensures consistent quality services.
Location: Naperville
Hours: 1 Day A week - Friday Evenings 5:00 PM to 10:15 PM
Required:
- High School diploma or GED
- Current CPR Certification issued by either American Heart Association required within 90 days of employment.
Preferred:
- Two years of previous customer service or fitness center experience plus less than one-month on-the-job training.
