Sanctum Operations Associate

This entry level opportunity is a tremendous way for someone with limited business or healthcare experience to develop into a team member with unlimited job growth potential at a company that is changing how healthcare is delivered in the home.

The Sanctum Operations Associate is designed to expose recent college graduates to healthcare operations and administration from the perspective of a company that is working to reinvent the way pediatric home health is delivered to patients and their families. As a part of this role, associates will be exposed to all major aspects of Sanctum's operations, and will be assigned to direct managers in various departments on a rotating schedule during their first 18 months with the company. Upon completion of the rotational program, the associate will have the opportunity to be placed within a specific operational group, where they will be expected to carry out specific objectives at an individual and team level.
