Who We Are:

Texas Pride Fuels is an experienced full-service diesel and lubricant supplier to the oil and gas industry. We specialize in on-site hydraulic fracturing (frac) service all over Texas, Oklahoma, and New Mexico.

What You’ll Do:

The Operations Analyst works closely with multiple departments (accounting, engineering, marketing, and operations) to support the efficient and effective operation of the organization, constantly analyzing and evaluating various aspects of the business, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing strategies to drive results. Tasks will include, but are not limited to.

• Ensuring all daily field tickets and inventory sheets are completed, correct, and received in a timely manner.
• Completing daily assigned job cost and efficiency reports.
• Assist in payroll hours reporting.
• Employee lodging logistics oversite and reporting.
• Tracking and monitoring assets through GPS software tools.
• Assisting with recording purchases and issuing purchase orders as needed.
• Assisting with daily fuel pricing and reconciliation.
• Maintaining communication with management, supervisors, and front-line employees.
• Assisting with company rundown, invoicing and billing as needed.
• Performing all duties in accordance with company policies and procedures as well as State and Federal regulations
• Other duties as assigned.

What We’re Looking For:

• High school diploma or GED required. Relevant Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
• Knowledge of management, supervisory, leadership methods and principles.
• Leadership experience, preferably with diverse personnel.
• Experience with Microsoft office products.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to speak, write, and read the English language.
• Able to work alone on a broad variety of projects.
• Able to exercise effective judgment, sensitivity, and creativity to changing needs and situations.
• Able to establish and maintain healthy working relationships with people in course of work.
• Must satisfactorily pass a drug/alcohol test and background check.

When You’ll Work:

The Operations Analyst will work at our headquarters in Springtown, TX. This is an in-office position, Monday through Friday, 7 am – 4 pm.

What We Offer:

The compensation and benefits package for this position is as follows.

• Salary. $50k - $60k, commensurate with experience.
• Benefits after 60 days of employment. Medical, Dental, Vision, and Life.
• 401k after one year of employment, 4% company match.
• PTO in first year, accrued each payroll cycle.
