RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Assists Landscape Manager in landscape construction activities and day-to-day grounds maintenance.
• Inspects and reports work performed on landscape work sites to Landscape Manager.
• Performs a variety of duties using a handsaw, chainsaw,hydraulic tools, hand pruners, pole pruners, pole saw, aerial lift truck or rope and saddle and pesticide sprayer.
• Assist in irrigation system diagnosis and maintenance.
• Assist in weed abatement and weed abatement schedule.
• Drive and maintain a Kubota Cart used for daily duties and projects.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
• Attention to detail.
• Complies with safety and risk management policies.
• Ability to work in the field independently.
• Verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience with small maintenance equipment.
• Performs tasks under adverse weather conditions.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Lift/carry 50 lbs.
• Reliable Transportation and valid driver's license

Pay and Benefits:

$17.00 to $18.00, depending on education and experience.
