While working collaboratively with the Oncology Director and Oncology Nurse Manager, this Hospital Nurse Supervisor Oncology will be responsible for assisting with financial resources and staffing for the unit, ensuring patient and staff satisfaction, maintaining a safe work environment for both staff and patients, mentoring new Oncology RN’s and ensuring standards and quality of care are maintained.
