About us
Via Verde Country Club is a private membership club located in San Dimas, CA. Our private club includes a 18-Hole Championship Golf, 6 Tennis Courts, Resort Style Pool, Fitness, Fine Dining, and Banquet Halls.
We are currently hiring for an On-Call Banquet Server with bartending experience. The Banquet Server will be responsible for setting up tables, linens, tableware and utensils before the event, at times may be scheduled for bartending. This is an excellent opportunity for a trustworthy individual passionate about delivering exceptional customer service. The Banquet Server will also be responsible for assisting at the table, busing tables, and tearing down after guests have departed the event.
Responsibilities:
Must have bartending experience at a fast-paced bar. Must be able to lift and carry a minimum of 25 pounds.Standing for most of the work shift is required.Activities include standing, reaching, bending, pushing, pulling, handling, lifting, carrying, seeing, hearing, talking, and walking. Must have basic knowledge of food and beverages preparation.Ability to perform job functions with minimal supervision.Ability to work cohesively with co-workers as part of a team.Ability to read, speak and understand the English language to communicate with guests and other staff members.Ability to work stand and work in confined spaces for long periods. Due to the cyclical nature of the hospitality industry, associates may be required to work varying schedules to reflect the business needs of the club
