Mid Florida Dermatology is currently seeking a Office Supervisor

*Bilingual is a plus.

Our fast-paced medical facility is seeking an Office Supervisor. To help enhance the functionality and quality of the office, and see that day-to-day operations are running smoothly. This person duties may include:answering phones, responding to patient concerns and complaints, staff compliance, inventory, supply orders, prior authorizations, procedure and surgery scheduling, rooming patients, cleaning, and filling in wherever help is needed.

A successful candidate will have prior experience managing an efficient office setting, proficiency in Microsoft Office including Word, and Excel.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $23.00 - $27.00 per hour

Experience:

• Microsoft Office: 2 years (Preferred)
