Job Description:

• Oversee all administrative functions for the Dining Services Department
• Complete all necessary paperwork and reporting related to Bookkeeping to meet department needs
• Responsible for the Cash Drawers to include collection, preparing deposits, maintaining appropriate cash on hand, and all daily functions.
• Receive all calls, emails or department related inquiries and send to the appropriate individuals
• Handles purchasing of office supplies and equipment when necessary

Requirements:Job Requirements:

• Proficiency in MS Office Products including Word, Outlook and Excel
• At least two years of previous experience in office management
• Excellent customer service and verbal communication skills are required
