Job description

Darien law firm is seeking a part-time Office Manager , ideally 8:30 am – 1:00 pm. Responsibilities include human resource administration, processing of payroll, administration of 401K, record keeping, insurance and subscription renewals, as well as general office tasks. Proficiency with Word, Excel, Quicken and Outlook are a must. This position requires a hands-on employee that works well independently and with others. Law firm experience and knowledge of QuickBooks preferred. Experience with CLIO a plus. Competitive salary.
