Title: Office Manager
Location: Harrisburg
We are a transportation/property management company looking for an Office Manager to join our team. Our company has many moving parts, and we need someone who is organized, efficient, and detail-oriented to keep us on track.
Responsibilities:
- Manage office operations and ensure that everyone is on task
- Receive, review, and pay utility bills, ensuring that we know what we are paying
- Handle monthly billing and categorize expenses using QuickBooks to invoice vouchers and pay bills
- Maintain HR files and ensure that credentialing is up-to-date
- Perform general administrative tasks
- Provide support to other team members as needed
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
- 3+ years of experience in an office management or similar role
- Experience with QuickBooks or other accounting software
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Experience with bookkeeping is a plus
