The person in this position will also provide a variety of support activities such as data entry, accounting assistance, general clerical duties, and assisting Managers and Executives, so having a willing helper attitude is key!


Essential Job Functions:

  • Answer and direct phone calls for multiple companies
  • Provide a variety of support activities such as data entry, accounting assistance, and general clerical support
  • Provide meeting support such as coordinating schedules, conference rooms, and catering
  • Greet and assist onsite guests
  • Assist in coordinating travel
  • Manage and troubleshoot printer and phone issues
  • Provide general office house-keeping support
  • Receive and distribute packages (FedEx, UPS, USPS)
  • Possess a sense of urgency with a strong focus on attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask

Required Experience:

  • A minimum of 3 years experience in an office administration role
  • Proficient in Google Workspace, Microsoft Word, and Excel
  • Must have reliable and dependable transportation
  • Must have basic knowledge of technology

Preferred Not Required:

  • Roofing or related industry experience preferred, but not required
