Grace is looking for full time Office Assistant for our Meridian location.

Pay range: $18-$20 (depending on experience)

Schedule:

Sunday through Thursday. Must have weekend availability. Hours = 9AM-5PM

Job duties:

Communication/coordination with external healthcare providers for resident care/services

Health information data entry

Clarifying MD orders, processing monthly cycle fill

Provide direct assistance to community Nurse

Marinating a neat and organized office space

Assist with caregiver duties when required

Drive residents to medical appointments using the company van

Share on-call responsibilities with Administration

Qualifications:

Must have AL experience (5 years preferred)

Must have office experience (2 years preferred)

Must be organized and proficient with office apps and digital medical systems

Must be med certified
