Local Marketing Organization looking for a motivated and talented Office assistant to join our team; with possibility to move up in the company. This company is high volume, and we seek to hire an individual that can thrive in a fast paced office with many different tasks. (9:00 am - 5:00 pm, M-F. September 10th to Dec 10th more hours may be needed. Reliability is a must for this position.

Role and responsibilities
Report to the owner or who he assigns.
· Maintain marketing lists
· Data input for marketing projects
· Admin tasks
· Carrying out clerical duties such as answering phone calls, responding to emails, and preparing documents, including office correspondence, memos, and presentations.
· Maintain CRM system
We send out 12,000 mail pieces a month and these are increasing. This individual will be responsible for making sure these are ready to hand off to the next team members every month. This individual will also be sting on Social Media, Websites and other online marketing as needed
In order to fill this role appropriately the candidate must have the following skill sets:
1. High level of communication: written and verbal.
2. High level of organization/Detailed!!!!!!!!
3. Multitasking abilities
4. Team player
5. Self Starter and can work independently when trained.
-Qualifications and Education Requirements
-High School Diploma or GED
Preferred Skills:
Proficient in Microsoft office, Google Docs, answering the phone and the ability to learn news systems.

Additional Notes:
Must be ok with a small dog in the office now and again. It is a Hypoallergenic pochon. She loves people and the current staff keeps asking for her to come in.
A review will be done in 90 days . We want to reward people for what they do for themselves and what they do for the Company. No health benefits at this time.

Bi-Lingual is a plus, but not needed
The goal is to move people within the company if possible.
