Position: Office Assistant

Job Duties: include but not limited to the following.

• Receive, Respond and Direct Email Communications
• Perform assigned tasks utilizing our customized software (ServiSuite)
• Prioritize, Organize and Maintain Job Files
• All tasked assigned by Leadership Team

Job Qualifications:

To be qualified, all applicants:

• Must have a High School diploma or GED equivalent.

• Must have a valid Florida driver license with an acceptable driving record.
• Must be able to pass a drug test and national background check.
• Must have excellent computer and typing skills.
• Must have the ability to actively operate in company software applications.
• Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Must be able to process data entry tasks productively and accurately.

Physical Requirements:

• Must be able to frequently lift/carry (15) lbs. in a (8) to (10) hour day.
• Sit, Stand and Walk (8) to (10) hours per day.
• Must be able to bend at waist, reach above shoulder (8) to (10) hours per day.
• Must be able to ascend and descend stairs safely

• Be initiative-taking, coachable, and eager to learn.
• Be outgoing and professional with a positive customer service presence.
• Be able to work in a team atmosphere.
• Have excellent communication skills verbal and written.
• Be able to project a positive image for the company.
