Job description
-Southwest Auto Service is a family owned and operated automotive repair shop in Wyoming, MI. Open Hours are Monday through Friday 8:00 am to 5:00 pm.
-We are looking for someone to run the office, Part time 20 to 30 hours per week
-This position requires a dependable individual, able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment, willing to work flexible hours, & cooperate with other workers.
Duties:
>Answer multi-line phone
>Greet customers and determine nature of visit
>Schedule appointments
>Receive and process customer payments
>Data entry using specialized automotive software
>Processing and managing parts and purchase orders
>Basic bookkeeping
>Filing and maintaining filing system
>Various duties to assist other staff members
>Some light cleaning to maintain office appearance
Skills / Requirements:
>Excellent customer service skills
>Able to multi-task
>Able to work 8-10 hour days
>Able to function in a fast-paced environment
>Experience with computers
>Office experience preferred
>Minimum education - High School Diploma
Job Type: Part-time
