Job description
Assisting small businesses, individuals, and trusts with their business operations
Experience assisting in running an office, answer phones, running postage mailings, and helping to assemble tax returns and financial statements.
Familiarity with QuickBooks, financial statements, and bookkeeping procedures are a bonus.
Ability to problem solve new tasks and challenges.
Communication skills to relay information to client and coworkers concisely.
Commission on all clients brought in.
