Job Description: We are currently looking for a highly motivated and driven professional to help manage our office operations and data processing. You will be responsible to ensure effective job instructions, data processing, job scheduling, in coordination with multiple departments of the company. We are looking for someone with a great ability to take ownership of their role. If you have experience in an administrative assistant role, we would like to talk to you.
Responsibilities:
- Schedule jobs efficiently and track progress of jobs
- Communicate and coordinate with the Sales and Field Teams.
- Prepare job instructions / spreadsheets / reports
- Process data / data entry
Requirements: While prior work experience (3+ years) in a similar role (admin assistant in B2B services company) is strongly preferred, we value the following things more than anything else:
- Hard working, motivated and able to learn quickly.
- Detail oriented and accuracy with data
- Ability to work in teams and communicate efficiently
- Excellent computer skills - e.g. MS Excel and Google Suite.
- Covid-19 vaccinated or ready to get vaccinated
Education: College degree is preferred
Compensation: $22/hr (based on experience) + PTO + healthcare benefits.
Type: Full time - working hours typically 9am-5:30pm
Location: Dallas, TX.
