Occupational Therapist - Rehab - (OT - Rehab)
StartDate: 05/22/2023Available Shifts: 8 D Pay Rate: $1400.00
The Occupational Therapist facilitates the development and rehabilitation of physically disabled persons; maximizing the functional status of hospitalized patient. Responsibilities are to evaluate, plan, implement, and modify age appropriate treatment programs, participates in discharge planning, performs administrative duties, participates in PI, pursues professional growth, and performs other duties as assigned
Required Qualifications
Type of equipment : Therapy equipment
Documentation system: Meditech
Floating policy: primary in IP Rehab unit
Patient Experience requirements: minimum 6 months acute care, SNF or IP Rehab unit
Certifications: Fl license
Requested Skill Set: Good critical thinking skills, problem solving, efficient time management; ability to incorporate weekends into 5 day/week shift a plus
