Occupational Therapist
Job description
Virginia Healthcare Services of the Valley, a skilled home health agency is seeking occupational therapists to provide visits to patients in their homes in the South Riding/Stone Ridge/Aldie, Virginia area on a PRN or per visit basis. Must have valid Virginia OT license and be able to pass criminal background check through the Virginia State Police registry. Prior home health experience preferred. OT will not be required to complete OASIS visits. Visit rate is $100 for evaluations and $90 for all other visit types. Mileage stipend of 58 cents per mile from the home of one patient to another.
